ConcreteFlowers NEW Balloon Dresses

~ So this is like an oober double feature...specially since this is the second post within the week that has featured my new good friends ConcreteFlowers&KOSH since yesterday was KOSH today is gonna be the good ol ConcreteFlowers and her adorkable balloon dresses. ~


So these are the balloon dresses, ( arent they adorable?) they come with cuffs, collar and hem which makes it look realistic and makes you want to twirl in varies ways, shapes and forms...
